(Bonus Session) A Systematic Constellation of the Agile Manifesto
Michael Spayd, Principal and Chief Sage, Collective Edge Coaching, Denver, CO
Using a cool new technique, we will create a human constellation that represents the deep dynamics around the conference theme: the Agile Manifesto and the struggles and anti-patterns affecting Agile teams. Systemic constellations are a non-linear, right brain technique which phenomenologically represents a complex field. We will use people from the audience to become neutral representatives of select elements of the system (e.g., people, key problems, roles, etc.) As a group we will pick the elements of the system to be represented.
